Software Launch Program Manager - Oxfordshire to £50k + bonus+ excellent benefits
Software Launch Program Manager required for leading software house based in Oxfordshire. You will have a minimum of 7 years project management for software products and a good degree. You will be responsible for driving*co-ordinating aspects for the product development and launch process - from definition through release and ongoing maintenance. You will lead and drive a cross functional product team from engineering, product management, sales, marketing, support, legal, finance, professional services, etc to deliver new or improved products to market. You will build the program schedule, track milestone deliverables, manage inter-dependencies, provide an audit of product release readiness, manage issues, risks, etc. Strong negotiation and excellent communication and organisational skills are required along with an ability to work with staff at all levels to ensure projects are delivered on time.
